Do you sell ready-to-build sites?
Yes. We take sites to ready-to-build and sell them to investors and developers. We can also bring an investor in earlier to fund development. Talk to us about what is in the pipeline now.
What does ready-to-build mean?
A site is ready-to-build when it has land rights, a grid connection offer and planning consent in place. At that point it can be funded and construction can start.
What do I get when I buy a site?
The land agreements, grid offer and planning consent, with the surveys and reports behind them, in one due diligence pack.

Our pipeline is mostly in the South West of England, where we are based, and we take on sites across the UK.
Who builds and runs the projects?
