• To reply to your enquiry and give you the information you asked for.
• To assess land or projects you send us.
• To arrange demos, quotes and follow-up conversations.
• To keep our website secure and working properly.

Our lawful basis

We use your data based on your consent (the tick box on our forms) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business. Where we prepare a quote or contract with you, we rely on taking steps to enter into a contract.

Sharing your data

We don't pass your details to sales or marketing companies. We only share them with a trusted installation partner if you agree, for example by ticking the optional box on our commercial enquiry form, or when we ask you first. We only share what they need to quote and do the work.

Other service providers

Our website and forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes data on our behalf. Netlify may store data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

If you choose to draw your land on the map in our landowner form, the satellite map is loaded from Esri, which receives your IP address to send the map images. When you search for a postcode on that map, only the postcode is sent to postcodes.io to find its location. The boundary you draw is sent to us with your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly, cookie-free tool and update this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after our last contact, unless we go on to work together, in which case we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• ask for a copy of your data
• ask us to correct or delete it
• object to or restrict how we use it
• withdraw your consent at any time
• ask for your data to be moved to another organisation
