Questions about our fees
Why do you publish your fees?
So you know the cost before you pick up the phone. Most planning and grid consultants only quote on request. We think a clear price saves everyone time.
What does "from" mean?
It is the starting price for a straightforward site. Larger or more complex sites cost more. We always confirm a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
Do the fees include surveys?
No. Specialist surveys such as landscape, ecology, heritage, and glint and glare are charged at cost plus a management fee. We tell you which surveys your site needs up front.
What is a success fee?
Part of the fee is paid only if the project succeeds, for example when planning is granted. It lowers your risk. Ask us which options suit your project.
Who does the planning work?
Our in-house Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI). The same person stays with your project from appraisal to decision.
Is the land check really free?
Yes. It is a first look at grid, constraints and planning for your land, with no cost and no obligation.
