Rows of solar panels across green fields
EPC and construction

Got a consented site? We'll build it.

Solar and battery construction managed end to end, from detailed design and procurement to energisation and handover. Works delivered with certified partner contractors.

What we build

Three kinds of build.

A consent and a grid offer are not a project until someone builds it. We take sites from signed-off design through to a working, energised asset.

  • Ground-mount solar farms

Consented sites built out from groundworks to energisation. Mounting, modules, inverters, transformers, cabling, fencing and the substation works.

  • Commercial rooftop solar

Large roof arrays on warehouses, factories, farm buildings and estates, with the grid and metering handled. See commercial solar.

  • Battery storage

Battery systems on their own or alongside solar, sharing a grid connection. Containers, cooling, fire safety measures and controls.

What a managed build covers

Design, procurement, grid and handover.

  • Detailed design

The consented layout turned into a buildable design: strings, cable routes, earthing, transformer and substation positions, and the single-line diagram.

  • Procurement

Modules, inverters, mounting and transformers specified and bought. We price options against yield and warranty, not just headline cost.

  • Grid and paperwork

G99 submissions, DNO witness testing, metering and the energisation sequence, managed with the network operator.

  • Construction

Works programmed and delivered with partner contractors, with one point of contact for you throughout.

  • Commissioning and handover

Testing, commissioning records, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and warranties, handed over as one pack.

  • Operations and maintenance

Ongoing monitoring, servicing and fault response, with partners, if you want us to stay involved after handover.

Construction and operations are delivered with certified partner contractors. Prices are quoted ex VAT.

How it works

Scope. Design. Build. Energise.

  1. Scope and price

We review the consent, the grid offer and the site, then give you a costed scope. No vague allowances.

  2. Design and procure

Detailed design signed off, long-lead items ordered, programme agreed.

  3. Build

Groundworks, install and the substation works, delivered with partner contractors to the programme.

  4. Energise and hand over

DNO testing, energisation, commissioning records and the full handover pack.

Why us

Built by the people who develop sites.

  • We have developed the thing we are building

We take sites from a bare field to ready-to-build ourselves, so the build is run by people who know what the consent, the conditions and the grid offer actually say.

  • One point of contact

You deal with us, not with five separate trades. We hold the programme, the design and the DNO relationship together.

  • Honest about who does what

We manage the build and the design. The works are delivered by certified partner contractors. We never pretend otherwise, and we name the split up front.

FAQ

Construction questions

Do you build sites you did not develop?

Yes. If you have a consented site with a grid offer, we can price and manage the build whether or not we had anything to do with the development.

Who actually carries out the works?

Construction and operations are delivered with certified partner contractors. We hold the design, the programme, the procurement and the grid process, and we stay your single point of contact from start to handover.

What size projects do you take on?

Commercial rooftop and ground-mount installs through to utility-scale solar and battery sites. Tell us the capacity and the stage and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Can you build the site and keep running it?

Yes. Operations and maintenance can continue after handover, with partners. Some owners want a full handover instead, and that is fine.

My consent is a few years old. Can it still be built?

Possibly, but check the start-by date on the decision notice and any pre-commencement conditions first. Read our guide on what to do with a consented site that has not been built.

Can you quote before planning is granted?

We can give an indicative cost from the layout and the grid offer, which is usually enough for a funding case. A firm price needs the consent and the detailed design.

Ready to build it?

Send us the consent, the grid offer and the layout. We'll come back with a costed scope and a programme.
