Partnering questions
What is co-development?
A funder and a developer share the cost of getting sites to ready-to-build, and share the value when they get there. We agree the stage gates, budgets and split before any money is spent.
What size of sites do you develop?
Mostly 5MW to 49.9MW of solar and battery storage. Most sites in that range are decided by the local planning authority, which is where our planning team works.
Do you sell ready-to-build sites?
Yes. We take sites to ready-to-build and sell them to investors and developers. You can also come in earlier to fund development.
What does ready-to-build mean?
A site is ready-to-build when it has land rights, a grid connection offer and planning consent in place. At that point it can be funded and construction can start.
Where are your sites?
Our pipeline is mostly in the South West of England, where we are based, and we take on sites across the UK.
Who builds and runs the projects?
Construction (EPC) and operations are delivered through trusted partner firms. We can manage that for you, or hand over at ready-to-build.
